Our pathways to supported living facilitate gradual reductions in support, with the ultimate goal of fostering more independent living. We specialise in high-quality supported accommodation for individuals with a forensic history, particularly those under sections 37/41. Understanding the complexities of community-based support for individuals transitioning from secure settings, our team is dedicated to promoting independence while effectively managing risks, creating a “least restrictive” environment.Recognising that many with a forensic background may mistrust health and social care professionals, our experienced staff are committed to overcoming these barriers and building positive relationships. We continually assess risks and implement tailored support plans that encourage independence.Collaboration with local authorities, forensic outreach services, and probation agencies ensures that our support meets individual needs and histories. Our close-cluster model allows for responsive staffing, and we work closely with individuals, families, and health professionals to develop comprehensive transition and care plans that effectively manage risks and promote positive choices.
